Doing this made me buy the first volume of The Rocketeer. Still holds up.
Art by the great Dave Stevens. The similarities in our styles is uncanny…I’m not at his level but his line and inking choices are what I like.
Maybe one day I can get a crack at the actual book. Ahem! Ahem!
